Purpose of the register:
The legal ground for processing personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation is the legitimate interest of the controller; the customer relationship. The purpose of processing personal data is to contact customers and to maintain and develop customer relations.
Grounds for data collection and processing
Customer data is collected and processed with the customer’s consent, or to implement a contract with the customer.
Data content of the register
- The data stored in the register includes name, title, company/organisation, name of the individual, social security number, number of the property owned by the person (individual/company), contact information (telephone number, email address, address), information on contracts and changes to it, bank account number, other information related to the customer relationship and development.
- The data will be destroyed after the end of the customer relationship or 10 (ten) years after the last accounting period.
Data retention period
Personal data is retained for as long as it is needed to implement a contract with a customer or to improve customer service.
Regulatory data sources
The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer through messages sent via web forms, email, telephone, social media services, contracts, customer meetings, and other situations where the customer discloses their information. Information is sought from the registers held by the authority to the extent permitted by law.
Regulatory disclosures and transfers of data outside the EU or the European Economic Area
Data is not disclosed outside the company, as a rule. However, some of the third-party service or software providers used by the company may store data outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to check what data concerning them has been stored in the personal data register. The written request for inspection must be signed and sent to the person responsible for the register.
The right of inspection is free of charge and is exercised no more than once a year.
The data subject has the right to request the rectification or erasure of inaccurate or outdated data or the transfer of data from one system to another. They also have the right to restrict or object to the processing of their data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Data subjects have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority about the processing of their personal data.
Data subjects also have the right to object to the use of their data for direct marketing purposes.
